Edo Sushi serves authentic Japanese dishes fresh from their sushi bar and kitchen. The sushi bar serves fresh raw fish and several cooked seafood selections. The customer may request the seafood to be hand wrapped, on top of rice, or served sashimi style. From our kitchen, the customer can order a variety of warm soups, fresh salads, tasty appetizers, crispy tempura dishes, and teriyaki platters. Since Edo Sushi's grand opening in 1997, this establishment has been recognized by Baltimore Magazine as a "Top Best Restaurant" from 1998-2006.
